HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply choose your product, add any required personalisation details, and proceed to checkout. Please double-check spellings and details before completing your order, as personalised items are made exactly as provided.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
If your order hasn’t yet gone into production, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once personalisation has begun, changes may not be possible.
WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE WITH THE PERSONALISATION?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to amend or replace items where incorrect details were supplied at checkout. Please take a moment to review all details carefully before ordering.
ARE PERSONALISED ITEMS REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE?
As personalised items are made specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our side.
WILL I SEE A PROOF BEFORE MY ITEM IS MADE?
Unless stated otherwise on the product listing, proofs are not sent automatically. Our designers carefully format each item to ensure it looks its best.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery times vary depending on whether an item is personalised. Personalised items typically take 7–10 working days to be completed. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes a further 3–5 working days. During busy periods, orders may take the full timeframe.
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
Not at this time.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE IRELAND?
Not currently.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
WHAT IF MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to check the tracking for you.
WILL THE COLOURS LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME AS ON SCREEN?
We do our best to represent colours accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.

DO YOU OFFER COLLECTION?
Yes. Items can be collected from Duleek, Charlestown, or Chapelizod. If you choose collection at checkout, you will receive a follow-up email to arrange a suitable time and location.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Our maximum turnaround time is 7–10 working days. This includes production and dispatch. During busy periods, orders may take the full timeframe, so we recommend ordering as early as possible.
