Shipping Policy
All items are personalised and made to order. When purchasing, please take into consideration that orders require 7–10 working days to be processed before dispatch.
We offer the following delivery options
- Untracked standard delivery (€3.95) is available for orders under 100g only
- Tracked standard delivery (€7.95) applies to all orders over 100g.
- We also offer free local collection from Duleek (Co. Meath), Charlestown and Chapelizod (Co.Dublin). Collection details will be arranged after your order is placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email where applicable.
All orders are sent with An Post. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During peak trading periods, delivery may take longer than usual.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays, high parcel volumes, weather conditions, or customs processing. Where possible, we will keep you informed of any unexpected delays.
If your parcel appears delayed or has not arrived, we recommend checking the tracking information directly with An Post, confirming with neighbours or your local delivery office, and checking for any delivery notification slips. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
