Online Store Terms

Products & Personalisation

All products sold by Little Personalised Designs are personalised and made to order, unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details provided at checkout are correct. This includes, but is not limited to, names, spelling, dates, wording, colours and layout choices. Orders are created exactly as submitted at checkout.

We are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or amendments for errors in personalisation details supplied by the customer.

Proofs are not provided prior to production unless explicitly stated on the individual product listing. Where proofs are not offered, orders will proceed directly to production.

Once an order has entered production, it may not be possible to cancel, amend or change it. Processing begins shortly after an order is placed.

As items are made to order, slight variations in layout, colour placement, print finish or positioning may occur. These variations are a normal part of the personalised process and do not constitute a fault.

 

Personalised Food Items

Personalised sweet and confectionery items are prepared in environments that may handle allergens. While every care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Customers are responsible for reviewing any allergen information provided and ensuring products are suitable for the intended recipient before purchasing.

 

Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on screen display and production materials.

 

Orders & Billing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of a change or cancellation, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information for all orders.

 

Shipping & Collection

For orders selected for local collection, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer once the order has been collected. Items should be checked at the time of collection, as we cannot accept responsibility for issues identified after collection.

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, personalised items are non-returnable except where faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including the order number and clear photographs of the issue. Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless a refund is issued due to an error or fault on our part.
