Return Policy
All of our items are personalised and made to order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, items that are no longer wanted, or where incorrect personalisation details (such as names, spelling or dates) have been provided at checkout.
We kindly ask that all personalisation details are carefully checked before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed and production has begun, changes may not be possible.
Please note that our standard turnaround time is 7–10 working days prior to dispatch, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 working days depending on the postal service and location.
If you require an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether this can be accommodated. Unfortunately, refunds or cancellations cannot be offered for orders placed without allowing sufficient processing and delivery time, as orders may already have entered the design and production phase.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Where a fault is confirmed, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
